Dear client, we would like to inform you that Norman Credit UCO CJSC has not entered into a written agreement with the Office of the Financial System Mediator's to waive the right to challenge the Mediator's decisions. This means that Norman Credit UCO CJSC may, in some cases, challenge the decisions taken by the Mediator against Norman Credit UCO CJSC.

Each person has the right to receive information about Norman Credit UCO CJSC, provided for in Article 14 of the RA Law “On Credit Organizations”.
These documents are provided after submitting a written application in electronic form to the specified e-mail address free of charge, or in person from the head office within five days after payment of the established copying fee.
