Nalbandyan Gevorg Sergey

Born on June 4, 1972 in Yerevan.

In the early 1990s, he moved to the Kingdom of Sweden and started manufacturing various tobacco products. Having achieved success in this area, he founded and still manages a number of companies, including the sole shareholder of Norman Credit UCO CJSC, Odenssnus AB Company.

Since 2018, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Norman Credit UCO CJSC.

Barseghyan Hayrapet Aleksan

Born on August 28, 1953 in Yerevan.

In 1970–1976 he studied at the Yerevan State Medical Institute. Since 1988, he has been working at Astghik Medical Center as Deputy General Director for Surgery.

Since 2018, he has been the Board Member of Norman Credit CJSC UCO.

Saroyan Gevorg Ismail

Born on February 27, 1977 in Yerevan.

In 1993–2014, he studied at the College of Culture of the RA, the Financial and Banking College of the RA, the Agrarian University of Armenia and the State University of Economics of Armenia.

He started his activity in the financial system in 2004, working as a Loan Officer in Armbusinessbank. From 2009 to 2012, he worked at AG Motors LLC as General Director. In 2013-2015, he worked at Renshin LLC as a Senior Marketing Specialist.

Since 2018, he has been the Board Member of Norman Credit CJSC UCO.

Khachatryan Vahan Vladimir

Born on March 27, 1974 in Yerevan.

In 1991–1997 he studied at the Faculty of Commodity Science and Marketing of the Yerevan Institute of National Economy. He started his activity in the financial system in 1997 at Credit Yerevan bank. From 2001 to 2017, he worked at Anelik Bank CJSC, Armbusinessbank and Artsakhbank, holding the position of Head of the Internal Audit Department. In April – October 2017, he was the Board Member of Artsakhbank CJSC.

Since 2018, he has been the Auditor of Norman Credit CJSC UCO.

Gabrielyan Arakel Vachagan

Born on January 9, 1976 in Nerkin Sasnashen village of Talin region.

In 1993–1998 he studied at the General Economic Faculty of the Yerevan Institute of National Economy.

Started his activity in financial institutions since 2002. In 2002–2007 he worked as an Accountant-Analyst at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. Then, in 2007–2012, he worked at Armbusinessbank CJSC, holding the positions of Head of the Risk Management Department, Head of Management and Department Director/ Member of   Management. In 2015–2017, he served as the Head of the Risk Management Department of Artsakhbank CJSC.

Since May 2018, he has been the President of Norman Credit CJSC UCO.

Yenokyan Vardan Vahan

Born on September 1, 1983 in Yerevan.

In 2000–2005, he studied at the Accounting Department of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Yerevan State Economic Institute and received the qualification of an Economist. He began his activity in the financial system in 2007. In 2007–2012, he worked at the Sayat-Nova branch of Artsakhbank CJSC as an Intern, a Specialist, then a Leading Specialist. In 2012–2015, he worked at the head office of Ardshinbank CJSC as the Chief Specialist of the Consumer and Mortgage Department of Credit Risk Management, Head of the Department, then Head of the SME Credit Risk Department. In 2016–2018, he worked at Aregak UCO CJSC as a Manager of the Masis branch.

Since May 2018, he has been the Vice- President of Norman Credit CJSC UCO.

Manucharyan Suren Kamo

Born on June 23, 1985 in Yerevan.

In 2002–2010 he studied at the Faculty of Law of the Yerevan Gladzor University, received a master's degree. He started his activity in the financial system in 2008. In 2008–2015, he worked at Artsakhbank CJSC as a Specialist in the Legal Department, a Leading Specialist, then a chief specialist. In 2015–2017, he held the position of Head of the Legal Services Department of the Legal Board of the same bank, and in 2017 of the Auditor of the Legal Service. From 2018 to September 2019, he worked at Norman Credit CJSC UCO as the Chief Legal Adviser – Head of the Legal Department, Member of Management.

Since 2014, he has been a lawyer, a member of the RA Chamber of Advocates.

Since September 2019, he has been the Vice-President of Norman Credit CJSC UCO.

Mamyan Hasmik Igit

Born on January 3, 1969 in Yerevan.

In 1985–1990 she studied at the Faculty of Architecture and Construction of the YerPI, having received the qualification of an engineer-economist.

She began her activity in financial organizations in 1990 in the operational department of Ardshinbank OJSC as an Economist in the Monetary Circulation Department. Until 2003, she worked in the Accounting Department of the Customer Service Department of the same bank as a Specialist, Senior Specialist, Leading Specialist. Then, in 2003–2005, she worked as Deputy Chief Accountant of Ardshininvestbank CJSC. In 2006, she began working at Areximbank CJSC, holding the positions of Chief Specialist of the Reporting Department, then Head of the same department. In 2010–2016, she held the positions of Deputy Chief Accountant, Acting Chief Accountant of Areximbank – Gazprombank Group CJSC. In 2017, she worked at Ardshinbank CJSC as Deputy Chief Accountant – Head of the Accounting and Reporting Board, then Deputy Chief Accountant – Tax Accounting and Planning Department.

Since May 2018, she has been the Chief Accountant, Member of Management of Norman Credit CJSC UCO.
